I’m always honoured to create a soundtrack to complement, celebrate and grieve for a loved one.
Whether it’s helping with hymns and worship, singing the deceased’s favourite pop song, or a fitting classical piece that brings a rare calm, I am able to sing all different types of music.
So you don’t need to settle for either classical or pop music for your loved one’s funeral, you can have both.
From traditional church services or cremations, to performance led celebrations of life, I have over a decade of experience making it easier for families of all religions and cultures to navigate the funeral arrangements.
I am available to discuss your needs from start to finish and help you create a beautiful and meaningful service.
My Story
I trained as an opera singer at the Royal Northern College of Music and in my 20+ year career, I have straddled contemporary and classical music worlds. I’ve spent the majority of my time singing gospel, soul and pop music and run a gospel ensemble called Get Gospel.
I’ve had the privilege of singing backing vocals for artists like Michael Ball & Alfie Boe, Foals, Beverley Knight, Gorillaz, Keane and Sault. I’ve written music and sung on adverts for brands like Dr. Oetker, Canva, TK Maxx, KFC amongst others and written film trailers for Amazon Studios and The History Channel. I am a singer songwriter in my own right and had my music played on BBC2, BBC6 Music, across local BBC stations, on Eastenders, Dragons Den, The Voice Australia and many other shows.
Music is such a gift and I’m truly grateful to spend my life doing what I love and helping people at the same time.
